Reviews and Ratings
We had a mostly positive stay at this resort with a fantastic location near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and markets. The transition from the family room to a poolside bungalow improved our experience significantly. However, the construction noise was quite disruptive during our visit, and there were some challenges with communication due to language barriers. The service left something to be desired, especially regarding responsiveness to issues.
My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were not only overpriced for what you get, but the bathroom lacked hot water, and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast options were minimal, particularly for non-Vietnamese guests, and the beach area was uncomfortably crowded. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
The hotel provided a good stay with a nice swimming pool and friendly service. I enjoyed the spacious room and the upgrade was a pleasant surprise. However, the dining options, especially for breakfast, were quite limited and the restaurant's prices were a bit steep for what was offered. It's positioned well, but the beach area felt overcrowded due to recent renovations.
While the hotel has its charm, especially with the friendly staff and decent amenities, it does face some challenges. The rooms could definitely use some renovation, and the construction noise was a downside during my stay. However, the location is fantastic, being close to the beach and local dining options, making it a good base for exploring the area.
I had a somewhat mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and markets. The staff was friendly, especially one or two who spoke English well. However, the service could really use improvements as I faced difficulties with communication and cleanliness issues in the room. Dining options were disappointing, and I encountered issues with the breakfast offerings and the pool facilities.
